Ludwig Farmstead Creamery, producers of European style artisan farmstead cheese made in small batches with day-fresh milk from their own Holstein and Jersey cows.  They are a Farmstead Creamery, which means that all of their milk is produced on their farm where their creamery sits.  All of the milk their cows produce is used to make great tasting cheeses.  They take great care in the raising, handling, and feeding of their cows and in turn they consistently make the highest quality milk to make their cheese.  They are Certified Humane in the raising, handling, and feeding of their cows.  Their milk is free of hormones and antibiotics.
