Reheat: Preheat Oven to 325 degrees (300 degrees in a convection oven). Let quiche sit out and temper to close to room temperature before reheating. We want the process to be slow and gentle. Place the quiche covered in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then uncover and continue baking for another 10-14 minutes until heated all the way through.
