Bear Creek Cattle Sirloin Steaks are cut 3/4 inch thick. Sirloins are generally packaged with one large steak per package. Naturally lean and flavorful, the Top Sirloin Steak is cut from the top portion of the muscle which is more tender. The lower portion of the muscle provides Sirloin tip roasts. Bear Creek Cattle Sirloins are from grass- and grain-finished beef without hormones or antibiotics.
