This gluten-free pizza dough is perfect for making your favorite pizza or calzone!
Thaw dough under refrigeration, in package, 24 hours. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a heavily gluten free floured surface, roll dough to an approximate 14" circle. Transfer to baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake un-topped for 18 minutes, popping bubbles, or until the crust turns golden brown. Top with sauce, your favorite toppings, and cheese, and bake until the cheese caramelizes appropriately.
