Yellow peaches have that classic, tangy, peachy flavor and extreme juiciness we all love. Fantastic eat fresh, baked into a pie, or piled on top of yogurt or ice cream.
Ripe peaches are best eaten right away, but you can refrigerate them for three to five days. To ripen them, place peaches in a paper bag, with an apple and keep them at room temperature until they're ready, check frequently.
