• Tikka Seasoning*
• 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets*
• ½ cabbage, chopped*
• 3 cups baby spinach*
• High heat cooking oil of choice (we love ghee for this recipe)

Cut up cauliflower into even size florets, slice the stems and coarsely chop up cabbage.
Heat up 1 tablespoon of ghee in a sauté pan, add vegetables and a generous sprinkle of Tikka seasoning. After the veggies browned, add a splash of water and cover the pan until tender.
Finish with handfuls of baby spinach and a squeeze of lemon.
