(*Included in bundle)
• *1 pound strawberries, trimmed and cut into fourths
• 4 tablespoons Brendle’s Honey Bear, divided
• 1 teaspoon Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
• *1 cup Brown Cow plain whole milk yogurt
• *2 heaping tablespoons blueberries
Puree strawberries with two tablespoons honey and the vanilla extract in a food processor or blender, processing until smooth.
Strain strawberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth (this step can be omitted).
Pour half of the strawberry puree into popsicle molds and reserve the remaining puree for the final layer of your popsicles.
Freeze popsicles for one to two hours until firm, then prepare the middle layer.
Whisk two tablespoons honey into one cup yogurt until well-combined.
Remove the single-layered popsicles from the freezer and pour the yogurt mixture over the top of the first layer. Gently push blueberries into the layer of yogurt and place popsicles back into the freezer.
Freeze popsicles for one to two hours before preparing the final layer.
After the layer of yogurt mixture has frozen solid, pour the remaining strawberry puree evenly among the popsicles, and return them to the freezer until all the layers are set.
