Chef Martin Old World Butcher Shop is in Chicago, IL. He started working in his family's butcher shop in Austria when he was four years old. They use Old World recipes and their sausages are made with antibiotic and hormone free meat packed in natural casings. There are no fillers, extenders, nitrites/nitrates, or MSG.
Chef Martin's personal favorite! Made entirely out of pork shoulders and mixed with kielbasa style seasoning and Alpine-style swiss cheese. It is very popular in Austria.
