ʺMatt and Monica Easterling realized their noodle recipe was something special when in Brazil, Indiana, at a small festival known as the Orville Redenbacher Popcorn Festival, Sunny Anderson, Food Network chef and icon, came to interview them. The recipe came from Monica’s grandmother, Elizabeth, or “Bessie”, whose homemade noodles were loved by the whole family, especially the children.
Now, the al dente noodles are the core of Bessie’s Noodles product line. The noodles are versatile and can be used in casseroles, soups, pasta salads and topped with flavored butters or sauces. The noodles come fully cooked and frozen.ʺ
