Lucky Cat Bakery was founded in 2009 as a continuation of the culinary journey of the owner and founder, Andrew Semler. Since then, they have been refining their product line and building relationships with the people who are the driving force behind the business – their customers.
Along with their customers, they share the belief that great food should be readily available throughout their community – in restaurants, hotels, the cafeteria at school or work, and in the grocery store aisles. They don’t think bread should be judged by how long it can sit on the shelf, but instead on the quality of the ingredients, the richness of flavor, the texture of the crust and crumb, and the care with which it is crafted.
