Raspberries bring with them the flavor of summer wherever they go. These sweet-tart little gems are surprisingly versatile; they’re great in salads and desserts alike.
These delicious red berries are packed with antioxidants and a great source of vitamin C, manganese and fiber. They are wonderful eaten alone, added to a fruit parfait or in cobblers.
Raspberries are best stored in the refrigerator laid out in a single layer on a plate with a paper towel. Store in the fridge for up to three days and rinse just before eating.
