Bananas are deliciously sweet, creamy, and incredibly healthy. Bananas are known for their high potassium levels, but they are also a good source of dietary fiber, manganese and vitamins B6 and C. Each banana comes prepackaged in its own little, yellow jacket!
Bananas should be stored on the counter in a cool spot. To freeze bananas for smoothies or banana bread, simply slice into chunks or mash, then store in single-serving containers in the freezer.
